(Revised model for 2020)
Help share the joy of the Season: a Family project of giving to others

As we face the challenge of hosting the 25th Annual Faith and Community Christmas Store, whose model is allowing the community to contribute pre-loved gently used and new toys and gifts to be shared with families in need during a shopping “store experience”,  COVID-19 has made it impossible for the 2400 volunteers and 4000 shoppers to converge in 2020 for the annual Store. A safe revised model to share the joy of the season without sharing the virus is needed for 2020. Below is the plan we invite your school to participate in to spread the joy during this unusual time.

New polyester 30×40 “Santa Bags” with closures will be distributed to schools by Nov. 1 Sts. Peter & Paul School has committed to filling 100 bags from the items donated by our families.  This year we are asking families to bring a specific item based on your child’s grade.  Please remember you can donate gently used items you already have at home that your child has outgrown.  Below is the breakdown of gifts requested:

INFANT/TODDLER gender-neutral gift (Little Angels Daycare)
4-8 year old gender-neutral gift (Preschool)
9-12 year old gender-neutral gift (4th-5th grade)
TEEN gender-neutral gift (6th – 8th grade)
STUFFED ANIMAL (Kindergarten – 1st grade)
GAME (2nd – 3rd grade)

Items are to be turned in no later than Friday, December 4.  Click here for the flyer from the Faith & Community Christmas Store with suggestions of items to donate and cleaning guidelines if donating used items.
